Accounting basics, software and practical assignments.
Use your accounting knowledge to work with invoices, accounting software, bank records and business reports.
Start with accounting basics. A short assessment before admission helps us understand your starting level and any support you may need.
Refresh your accounting knowledge, practise the software and prepare work samples for entry-level accounts applications.
Yes. Graduates from other disciplines can apply. A short assessment checks your basic maths, spreadsheet skills and starting knowledge of accounts. Any additional foundation support will be discussed before enrolment.
The programme contains 28 active teaching weeks, with five two-hour sessions each week: 140 sessions and 280 guided hours. The seven-month calendar allows for holidays and scheduled breaks. Your batch timetable confirms the dates.
Allow around two to three additional hours each week to revise entries, practise spreadsheets and organise your portfolio. This independent practice is outside the 280 guided hours.
You learn through simulated business records and supervised working papers. GST, TDS and income-tax topics prepare you to support an experienced accountant. The course does not authorise independent tax practice.
The 14-hour module introduces UAE bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax concepts and multicurrency work. It builds awareness for further learning; it is not a complete UAE accounting or tax qualification.
The Diploma in Practical Accounting & Taxation is issued by Bayspro Skills, operated by Bayspro Eduserve LLP, on successful completion of the course assessments. External vendor or professional-body awards are separate and are included only when expressly confirmed in the admission offer.
The core tools are TallyPrime, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel and Power Query. SAP, QuickBooks, Sage and Power BI are not part of this 280-hour syllabus. The focus is on learning the main accounting workflows thoroughly.
The final module includes a practical skill test, a viva, CV preparation and practice explaining your work samples. These help you prepare for junior accounts applications. Employers decide their own qualification and experience requirements.
