Your first step into logistics

Understand the movement. Control the detail.

180hours of guided practicals, capstone and workplace or approved project learning within the 240-hour total.

Every delivery depends on people who can receive, record, store and dispatch goods accurately.

Goods need to arrive in the right quantity, be stored correctly and leave with accurate records. This six-month programme develops the everyday skills behind warehouse, inventory and distribution operations. You work with stock records, purchase orders, deliveries and returns, then bring those processes together in a simulated distribution business.

Learn through stock records, operational cases and digital systems, then demonstrate the complete workflow in a simulated distribution business.

Before you enrol

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need previous logistics experience?

No. The Bayspro diploma begins with foundations and is open to eligible Plus Two learners. Admission includes a short assessment of English, numeracy and computer familiarity.

How much technology practice is included?

The curriculum includes 48 embedded technology hours, of which 36 are individual practice, across spreadsheets, an inventory platform, barcode workflows, data preparation, introductory dashboards and responsible AI. These hours are part of the 240-hour total.

Which inventory software will I learn?

The course teaches inventory and ERP workflows through a configured training environment. Admissions will confirm the platform and student access for your batch before enrolment. Software practice does not include a vendor certification.

Is workplace training included in the six months?

Yes. The 240-hour programme includes 30 hours of supervised workplace training during weeks 22–24. If a suitable host is unavailable, an approved employer-briefed project may be provided for the Bayspro award. The arrangement will be disclosed before enrolment. An optional extended internship, if offered, has separate terms and duration.

Can I study online or while working?

The programme is planned around 10 supervised hours per week. Classroom delivery is preferred; a hybrid batch may be offered with scheduled physical practicals. Confirm the timetable and required attendance with admissions before enrolling.

What diploma will I receive?

Successful learners receive the relevant Diploma awarded by Bayspro Eduserve LLP, together with a module-wise transcript. Any additional external qualification, eligibility conditions, assessment and charges will be stated separately in the admission offer once confirmed.

Is NSQF or LSC certification included?

The programme is Bayspro’s own curriculum. Possible Logistics Sector Skill Council pathways are being considered separately; full qualification mapping, current eligibility, provider authorisation, training and assessment requirements must be confirmed before an external award is offered. Completing 240 hours does not by itself establish LSC or NSQF certification.

Will the course help me find work in the UAE?

The course includes relevant regional examples and career preparation. Overseas employment depends on employer requirements, experience, communication skills and applicable visa conditions. No employment, salary or overseas placement is guaranteed.

What are the fees and when does the next batch start?

Ask admissions for the confirmed intake, timetable and complete fee structure, including applicable taxes, learning resources, software access and any separately offered external assessment.
