Your first step into HR

A diploma built around the work behind the job title.

72%of guided hours are supervised practical, simulation, portfolio or capstone work.

Getting into the right company, with the right team and mentors, can shape the direction of an HR career. That first opportunity depends on the capability you can demonstrate.

This programme prepares learners for entry-level HR execution. You learn how to move a requirement through recruitment, maintain employee records, support onboarding, prepare payroll, use HR systems, follow compliance processes and communicate professionally.

The programme is short enough to help you move quickly, yet structured enough to build complete working evidence. Every module produces documents, calculations, system outputs or decisions that become part of your final HR portfolio.

Before you enrol

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is this course suitable for a beginner?

Yes. It starts with the organisation, employee lifecycle and professional communication before moving into recruitment, employee operations, payroll, HR systems, compliance and UAE fundamentals. Basic computer use and functional English are expected.

Is it really 240 guided hours?

Yes. The timetable is built as 24 active teaching weeks, five days per week and two guided hours per day. This equals 240 guided hours. Independent reading and practice sit outside the advertised total.

How practical is the programme?

172 of the 240 guided hours are supervised applied work. Learners complete recruitment, employee-file, payroll, HRIS, compliance, analytics, WPS and capstone tasks. Every learner submits individual evidence.

Does the course teach software?

Yes. Learners use Microsoft Excel, Power Query, introductory Power BI, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and an HRIS/ATS sandbox. The focus is completing HR work accurately rather than collecting shallow software exposure.

Will I learn Indian payroll?

Yes. The programme includes salary components, payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, arrears, joiners and leavers, payslips, reconciliation and a full-and-final case. Statutory rates, ceilings and state rules are refreshed for each cohort.

Does it cover UAE HR?

Yes. The UAE module covers MOHRE context, employee records, contracts, probation, working time, leave, WPS inputs, end-of-service cases and process awareness. It is practical HR orientation, not legal advice or PRO training.

Is placement assistance included?

Learners receive role-focused CV, LinkedIn, portfolio, interview and application support. Placement activity is documented. Employment, salary, location, visa and overseas outcomes depend on learner performance and employer decisions.

What diploma will I receive?

Learners who meet the attendance, assessment and capstone requirements receive the Bayspro Diploma in HR Management, Payroll & People Operations. Any additional external award available to a batch will be communicated separately and precisely.

Can I visit Bayspro before joining?

Yes. Speak to admissions to arrange a visit and confirm the location for your preferred batch. Our current contact address is Aymish Building, West Hill, Kozhikode. Ask the team about course availability and upcoming centres in your city.
