Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Final-semester students may be considered provisionally under Bayspro policy; discuss your qualification with admissions.

How is this different from the six-month HR diploma?

The diploma is a complete 240-hour entry-level programme. The PG Diploma develops deeper payroll and compliance capability and adds workforce planning, talent development, strategy, consulting and supervised industry practice across 15 modules.

How are the 500 hours organised?

The programme runs across 48 active weeks: 160 theory/application hours and 340 supervised applied hours. The average is 10–11 guided hours per active week; confirm the actual timetable with admissions.

Is industry practice included?

Yes. The 70-hour internship, applied HR project and capstone module includes a minimum of 40 hours of workplace or live-client practice. The remaining work covers the project, report, portfolio and viva. Confirm the practice arrangement for your intake.

Can I study while working?

Ask admissions about class timings, attendance and available learning formats so you can assess the commitment alongside your work.

Can I progress from the HR diploma?

You may apply for advanced standing. Bayspro must assess curriculum mapping and competence; diploma entry requirements, graduate-level assessments, industry practice and the diploma capstone still apply.
